Customer Self-Service

EnerGov’s Customer Self Service (CSS) web portal will give individuals access to the Land Use Department 24/7.  Our customers will have access to information such as:

  • Esri ArcGIS (geographic information) maps and data visualization
  • Application submission confirmation
  • Application status
  • Payment processing
  • And, the ability to request inspections, report violations and participate in plan reviews

Through Electronic Plan Review, customers will be able to use GIS for geospatial viewing, interaction and reporting. Since plans will be digitized, all stakeholders will be able to access and manage a faster, more collaborative review and approval process.

We plan to roll out CSS in phases beginning in the Fall of 2019.  We will let everyone know when it is available. Thanks for your patience!
